Have a gift voucher? Check its balance here — whether it's a Chatty Bags voucher, a This Is Your Life partner voucher, or a reciprocal TIYL voucher.

How it works

Chatty Bags gift vouchers (CBG-) are redeemable at Chatty Bags against ready-made shop items or bespoke orders.
This Is Your Life partner vouchers (CB-) are redeemable at Chatty Bags — £50 to spend on shop items or bespoke orders.
Reciprocal TIYL vouchers (TIYL-CB-) are redeemable at thisisyour.life.
If your purchase costs more than the available balance, the difference is collected through the normal payment process.
Any unused balance remains available for a later purchase — you don't have to spend it all at once.
Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
For bespoke orders, just share your code with Carol & Heather when arranging your piece.
